Cielomar Puccio is a bar licensed attorney in Puerto Rico and Washington, DC. She has a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and a Bachelors of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations also from the University of Puerto Rico. She has more than 10 years of experience in law. Mrs. Puccio is also a ballet dancer. Her passion for the arts, especially ballet, motivated her to open her legal practice, Brandllet.
